Why AI Is Challenging the Creative Music Industry, Not Replacing It
And the one thing we need most is creative minds. AI is everywhere, and the truth about it is we can’t do anything about it. With how everyone is going on an AI rampage to make designs and posters, and with the latest trend making AI music.
The world feels completely lifeless and full of frauds.
Every second design and poster, or even song, has the same chords, the same vocal hooks, and the same design styles. The world has lost the plot.
In all honesty…
No
AI isn’t a tool anymore.
It’s now the means of millions of people’s lives, in which they try to find ways to make their life easier, yet in the same light they are unknowingly training themself to be lazier and lazier with each prompt.

Let’s take the music industry.
With a massive Lawsuit battle going on in Suno and everyone saying this is the so-called future
Is the music industry in danger?
No, it’s really not
I think the industry is only starting to peak now, with so many producers and DJs and sound engineers seeing this as a challenge. Making better music than ever and being more creative than ever in creating content and DJing live.
We’re only beginning.
Since the whole AI outburst of fake artists, fake designs, and fake creatives; music has been sounding more authentic, more passionate, and more emotional.

Is the industry in danger? Definitely not!
AI can still be used as a tool to help polish some skills, organize schedules, or even make sure your Google Sheets is up to date. But not abused in a sense to plan your entire life.
Marketing, for instance, is now actually easier
Making a banner or poster or even creating content and posting it and not being labeled as AI-generated already gives us creatives a massive advantage over those trying to take the passion and creativity out of everything we do with a simple”make an eye-catching banner for me”
Prompts are controlling our lives.
Live performances, Tracks made at 3 AM, and DJing until your shirt clings to your back-
that’s the real art; that’s what makes us stand out. It’s the emotion, the passion, the drive, the dream we’ve had since we were 12 years old to change the world or just change one person’s life.

Staying relevant is now more possible than ever.
Just not having that “may contain AI-generated content” already puts us in front of the competition. Our common enemy is a line of code made to do everything for us.
But think about it this way: How long will AI still be relevant?
And no, I’m not talking about AI in general
I’m talking about everything that makes art feel ugly
Life imitates art. With planes being modeled after birds. Boats being built to imitate fish.
Music using more and more natural sounds or always sounding better with analog gear.
Don’t be like everyone else and “try to fit in”
Be yourself
Be someone who would inspire others to want to be like you.
Have a cringy idea for a video to promote your song?
Ask for some help and do it.
Wanna try something outside your niche to help you grow, even if it means you would never post or release it?

Just do it
Growth is always good and helps you improve in everything.
Sure… throwing ketchup at a wall and photographing the blotches and splashes might be weird.
But damn, it would make some cool text bubbles for your next post!
Be that out-of-the-box that everyone told you to avoid.
And most importantly, be weird.
Cos why not?
Normal is boring
And if you’re afraid of being weird, what are you doing in the creative industry?
Our industries are not in danger.
It’s just being challenged.
And the way we are fighting back is harder and better than ever.
If you are a young musician, DJ, producer, designer, whatever your trade is
Be weird
Be original
Be creative
The world needs it right now.
